Asian Recipe Journal Layout

A 30-page, 8.5x11" recipe journal designed for both digital download and print-ready use. Created with Etsy and Amazon KDP audiences in mind, the layout balances usability with visual storytelling.

The design features a mix of serif and sans-serif typography for readability and hierarchy, paired with whimsical, Asian-inspired illustrations in a warm earth-tone palette. Icons and decorative elements are used to guide navigation, while practical features such as measurement conversions and cooking/baking charts add functional value.

Though built with a freestyle grid to allow flexibility, the overall composition maintains editorial cohesion across spreads. The result is a publication-ready product that works as both a functional kitchen companion and a visually engaging keepsake.

Designed in Canva, this project demonstrates my ability to deliver professional editorial layouts for self-publishing platforms like Etsy and Amazon KDP.
